Beginner Course
  • Andromeda

    best snow course in Kandatsu descending from the top of the D lift.

  • Procyon
    Beginners can ski the gentle slopes of the Pollux and Kastor courses, and then start from the Andromeda course at the top for a long run of 2,500 meters.

    The main slope of Kandatsu.
    The wide and long course is 1,100 meters long with an average course width of 50 meters. The ample space is suitable for all categories of skiers from beginners to advanced skiers.

  • Vega (star in the constellation Lyra)
    It is also used for beginner school lessons.
    On the right toward the foot of the mountain is a relatively wide downhill course. There is a slight incline along the way, but this one is also recommended for beginners!

Intermediate Course
  • Subaru (company)
    At the top of Kandatsu, 1,000 meters above sea level,
    you can see a panoramic view of the Echigo-Tsumari mountains.
    From there, it is a narrow ridge course that requires
    a bit of technique to ski through.

  • Pegasus
    It is a good course for intermediate skiers who can feel
    the line of sight from the C lift, but at the same time, it is a course where you can't let up.

  • Sirius (star in the constellation Canis Major)
    With a maximum slope of 25 degrees and an average slope of 16 degrees,
    this undulating course makes use of the natural terrain as it is.
    It is a hole-in-the-wall private slope in Kandatsu.

  • Regulus (star in the constellation Leo)
    A course with sufficient width. Half of the course is often maintained on flat slopes, allowing for a variety of training such as carving.
    The other half is used as a bump area, where moguls can test their skills!

    A 1100 meter long course adjacent to Pollux.
    As a park area course adjacent to the main B lift, it is sure to attract a lot of attention from the B lift!
    This season, Atsushi Ishikawa is developing a scrubber park.

Advanced Course
  • Milky Way
    This is a 2,900 meter long, ridge-top course!
    On a clear day, the views are fantastic, making it an ideal viewpoint!
    The slope is relatively easy up to the halfway point, but as you descend, the degree of slope increases, making this a difficult course popular with advanced skiers! Open only on weekends, holidays, and during the year-end and New Year's holidays.

  • Orion
    Shiraitayama, the most difficult and advanced course in Kandatsu. The course from the top of Shiraitayama to the right runs in a straight line toward
    the maximum slope.
    The steep slope at the start is peculiar.
    The course to the left has just the right amount of slope and width, making it the best practice condition for advanced skiers.

  • Hercules
    This is a bumpy slope where mogul competitions have been held in the past.
    It is a perfect stage for skiers who love bumps.
    Like the Orion Course, the Hercules Course also offers powder snow the day after a fresh snowfall.
