よくある質問

スノーボード・スキーの予約はできますか

レンタルの予約は承っておりません。現地にてお申込みくださいませ。またBURTON StepOnの在庫は多数取り揃えておりますが繁忙期には在庫が切れてしまう事もございます。全て貸し出した場合、ストラップ型ビンディング、ブーツのレンタルとなります。
スノーボード・スキー用品を持っていないのですが全てレンタルできますか？

レンタルショップではウエア・ボード・ビンディング・ブーツ（スキーはポールも）がレンタル可能です。ご覧いただいているページ内にレンタル商品を記載しておりますのでご確認ください。また、ゴーグル・グローブ・帽子は3点セット3,500円で購入可能です。(単品購入はできません）
ブーツだけ借りたいのですが、単品でも借りれますか？

借りられます。ご覧いただいてるページ内に単品の値段を記載してありますのでご確認ください。
ブーツは何センチまでありますか？

StepOnブーツは22.0cm～31cmまでをご用意しており、それ以外のサイズはストラップ型ビンディング、ブーツでのご用意となります。
スノーボードブーツだけレンタルをしたいのですが通常ビンディングに使えるブーツはありますか？

はい、ございます。スノーボードブーツはStepOnの他に通常ブーツ（BURTONのBOAダイヤル式）もご用意しております。
BURTON StepOnではなく、今までと同じタイプ（ストラップ型ビンディング、ブーツ）を使用したい。

ストラップ型ビンディング、ブーツもご用意しております。ご希望の場合は受付時にお申し付けくださいませ。
StepOnが在庫切れになることはありますか？

StepOnの商品は豊富にご用意しておりますが、全て貸し出した場合、ストラップ型ビンディング、ブーツのご用意となります。
Are there any accessories (hats/gloves, etc.) available for rent?

感染症対策のため飛沫影響の多い小物類の貸し出しは行っていませんが、小物セット(帽子・ゴーグル・手袋)を3,500円で販売しております。
スノーボード・スキーが初めてなので板の長さなどがわかりません。

問題ございません。お客様への適正サイズの商品をスタッフがご用意させていただきます。
足が大きい（小さい）のですがサイズはありますか？

スノーボードブーツは大人22.0~33cm　子供15.5~21cm、スキーは大人22.5~32.5cm　子供 15.5~24.5cmをご用意しております。

クレジットカード　VISA/MASTER/JCB/Amex/Diners/Discover/銀聯はご利用可能です。電子マネーではPaypayがご利用可能です。
ナイターでのレンタルはできますか？

可能でございます。ナイター料金でご用意しております。
「半日」「1日」とは何時間のことですか？

半日とは「OPEN~12:00　もしくは　11:45~17:00」、またナイター半日とは「 18:00~22:00　もしくは　22:00~26:30」でございます。
