At Yamakoya Ajito, located on the 2nd floor of Midbase, you will find a variety of local delicacies that Niigata is proud of, including the popular voluminous "Volcano Ramen" menu, "Flavor Soukai Nishite," a beer available only in Niigata Prefecture, "Niigata Specialty Tare Katsu Don," "Tsubame Sanjo Style Back Fat Shoyu Ramen," "Snow Country Maitake Tendon," and many more.

MID BASE 2階「山の食堂ひびき」では、”無添加・手作り”にこだわった自家製のタレ、南魚沼産のコシヒカリ等を使い、鉄板で一つ一つ丁寧に焼きあげた、名物「豚バラ丼」や、「メガ盛り丼」でお客様の胃袋をしっかりと満たします。
